This position will be based out of the Paper Source Distribution Facility (7801 Industrial Drive, Forest Park, IL 60130).  CDC and State Covid guidelines observed.    Position Summary   This role participates in all operational processes in the Distribution Center with emphasis on the usage of Radio Frequency technology/tools for the tracking of physical inventory and completion of Inbound and Outbound tasks throughout the DC.   Essential Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities   - Demonstrated skill and expertise related to the use of hand-held scanner/RF unit is a must, Intermec RF devices experience is preferred. - Utilization RF devices to track the movement of SKUs into and out of various locations and associated inventory related accountability.  - Responsible to load, move and/or unload material within the warehouse using mechanized material handling equipment as required – with a focus on product received.   - Physical movement of cartons into picking/storage locations. - Strong focus on accuracy and quality. - Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast paced environment, while still meeting or exceeding productivity standards.  - Maintain all housekeeping standards. - Flexibility of scheduling (which may at times include different shifts, work days or work hours), and, assignments (accountable to be cross trained on various operational processes in the DC).   Desired Attributes, Qualifications and Skills   - Must have at least 1-year experience with Radio Frequency hardware in a supply chain/ distribution environment - Previous experience with the use of a forklift is preferred. - Detail orientated with a proven record of accuracy and results in the completion of DC processes. Design Intern   Position Summary This is an unpaid internship.  Applicants must be able to receive college credit. Assistant Wholesale Coordinator – Wholesale Division   This position resides in Waste Not Paper (WNP) – the wholesale division of Paper Source, and reports to the WNP Operations Manager. This position is currently remote but  ultimately based out of the Forest Park, IL distribution center.  This role is full-time, Monday-Friday. Position Summary The Assistant Wholesale Account Coordinator is operations support for all key accounts.  This role is responsible for the day-to-day execution of tasks related to key accounts: Sample coordination; order entry; managing labeling, packaging, shipping requirements, returns and charge back management; and working to meet compliance on all shipping guidelines for key accounts.  The position also works closely with the customer service team acting as back-up when needed for the team and providing exemplary customer service across the board.   Must be a team player and have superior follow-through, strong communication skills, attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and ability to work cross-functionally and independently. Essential Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities Key Accounts - Key accounts make up the majority of our sales – the Assistant Wholesale Coordinator is responsible for seeing these shipments through from order entry to successful delivery. - Management and execution of all details required by large, key accounts – - Accurately manage all key account order entry - Develop, monitor, track all customer labeling and packaging requirements - Track delivery of custom product with 3rd party - Track production of custom product with in-house Production Team - Work with Production and Outbound to guarantee custom labeling and packing needs - Work cross-functionally with Production and Outbound teams to deliver on time and accurate shipments for full vendor compliance   - Provide exceptional customer service for all large customer needs - Work with Accounts Manager to complete all vendor setup sheets and guides, partnering with distribution team to ensure correct packing standards and timelines - Prepare and submit export documents for overseas shipments. - Enter production builds for custom product - Allocate product to Key Account orders once stock is received. - Proactive quality control for Key Account exclusive SKUs before they are shipped. - With Production, ensure ticketing, packaging, item requirements are met - Closely manage all shipping dates to ensure everything is on track to ship on time for customer and for company sales goals. - Work with the Outbound team to meet all routing guide requirements for shipment - Provide shipping and invoice information to customers, as needed; often this involves working with vendors websites and portals to confirm shipping and submit invoices - Ad hoc reporting assistance as business needs dicate  Customer Service - Manage all aspects of our secondary selling platform, Faire: Daily order entry, shipping management, maintenance, and fielding customer service issues - Help cover incoming phone calls, voicemails, emails, order entry, allocation, and returns as needed during high-volume times and vacations - Manage various other mid-level account order management   Requirements   - Customer Service experience, preferably in Wholesale (B2B) with experience with key accounts, routing guides, etc. Experience with EDI fulfilment and export documents is a plus - Self-motivated team member who takes initiative on assigned tasks and beyond. - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. - High degree of organization with keen attention to detail.
